Join us for the launch of Megan Sinclair’s handmade book “The Eventuality.”
This interactive, small edition book is an immersive experience bringing together photography, built-in audio, functional blinds, and text. Join us for an evening of community, and an opportunity to talk to the artist and see the book in person.
Drawing from photography and audio made 2023-2026, “The Eventuality” follows Megan’s relationship between memories, danger, and environment. Combining tableau self portraits, depictions of EMDR therapy, environmental triggers, and diary-like recordings, this book takes the viewer through an account of differentiating real versus imaginary, and past versus present.
